Arshavin one of three set for Arsenal exit

Arsenal have confirmed senior trio Andrey Arshavin, Denilson and Sebastien Squillaci will leave the club at the end of their contracts.

Arshavin has been with the London club since 2009 after joining from boyhood side Zenit St Petersburg, whom he revisited on loan last year.

The 32-year-old made 144 appearances for Arsenal, with just 11 of those coming during the 2012/13 season where he struggled for a first team place.
The Russia international scored 31 times over five seasons for Arsene Wenger s side including four goals in a 4-4 draw against Liverpool at Anfield in his debut season.
He also has 74 caps for Russia though he has been overlooked by Fabio Capello for their current World Cup qualifying campaign.
Brazilian footballer Denilson s time with Arsenal has also come to an end following a seven year spell which saw him loaned back to his parent club.
The 25-year-old represented the club 153 times but has spent the last two seasons on loan at Sao Paolo.
Squillaci also departs after three years with the Premier League side after seeing his first-team opportunities dwindle in recent years.
